Athlete Renewals
Athlete renewals can be done either over the phone with a credit card or via the Athlete renewal forms below. Maintaining accurate contact details is important to ensure we able to contact you with any relevant information. Athletes will be sent a receipt and a new SIA Athlete Eligibility card following renewal.
If you would like or need a new photo on your eligibility card please email the new photo to mail@siasport.org
Replacement Cards
Replacement registration cards can be requested online at (link coming soon) or via email mail@siasport.org or phone on 03 57627494. There is a small fee for replacement cards.
