Need to renew your Athlete Registration?
Eligible athletes must have a valid Athlete registration card to compete. This ensures that eligibility is maintained for competitions and agreement to comply with sport requirements and regulations.
Athlete registration cards will show an expiry date.

Athlete registration renewal can be done either over the phone with a credit card or by emailing the Athlete renewal forms below.
Call 03 5762 7494 to apply via phone or email your forms to mail@siasport.org. Maintaining accurate contact details is important to ensure we are able to contact you with any relevant information. Athletes will be sent a receipt and a new SIA Athlete Registration card following renewal.
